Belarusian pianist Raman Kamisarau has been living in Bern since 2018. He graduated with honors from the MA Music Performance program in the class of Professor Tomasz Herbut and is currently studying in the MA Music Pedagogy program at the Bern University of the Arts. During his concert career, Raman has performed in many countries in Europe and Latin America and has won international piano and ensemble competitions. In 2012 he was a participant of the summer music camp in Verbier. Raman was awarded several prizes and scholarships in Belarus for his victories in competitions. Raman made his stage debut with the orchestra in 2014 with the State Symphony Orchestra of Belarus conducted by Oleg Lesun in the Belarusian State Philharmonie. Chamber music occupies a large place in his biography. During his 3 years at Bern, Raman has played with more than 15 chamber ensembles.
