Nino Topadze was born in Tbilisi, Georgia. After completing her studies in ballet and political sciences, she obtained her diploma in vocal studies at the V. Sarajishvili State Conservatory in Tbilisi. She made her debut at the Opera Studio in Tbilisi as Mimì in Puccini's La Bohème.
From 2015 to 2018 she attended the International Academy of Opera Singing in Osimo and from 2018 to 2020 the Swiss Opera Studio. She performed Anna in G. Verdi's Nabucco, La Contessa in U. Giordano's Mese Marian, Suor Angelica and Suor Infermiera in Puccini's Suor Angelica and participated in several concerts and projects at the Swiss Opera Studio, including "Winter gala concert" (2019), "Opera drafts: Rituals" (2019), "Opera meets Locomotives" (2018). During her studies Nino attended masterclasses with outstanding artists such as Vincenzo de Vivo, Antonio Juvarra, William Matteuzzi, Anna Vandi, Raina Kabaivanska, Enza Ferrari, Gianni Tangucci, Lella Cuberli, Alessandra Althof Pugliese, Capucine Chiaudani.
