Was born into a family of musicians in Lviv, Ukraine. He received his first double bass lessons from his father Viktor Novakovych at the Lutzker Music School. In 2011 he will study at the Music Academy M. Lyssenko with Prof. Oleg Luchanko. Since September 2015 he has been studying Master Music Performance and Master Specialized Music Performance Solo Diplomas at the Bern University of the Arts with Prof. Ruslan Lutsyk.
In 2012 he qualified in a competition for participation in the international summer project "Penderezkyj Orchestra" in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
2013 he was among the ten best participants in the international competition "Golden Bass"(Ukraine).
In 2016-2017, as an intern with the Bern Symphony Orchestra, I was able to gain valuable orchestral experience collect.
In 2018 he was a member of the double bass group of the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester.
He played in various orchestras such as Philharmonia Zurich, Bern Symphony Orchestra,
Symphony Orchestra Biel-Soloturn, "Kammerorchester Akademia"(as solo bassist), in the international
Symphony Orchestra "INSO-Lviv" and under Oleg Krysa, Myroslav Skoryk, Yuriy Bashmet, Viktor
Tretyakov Krzysthof Penderezki and Heinz Holliger.
Participants of the festivals: "musik.landschaft westfalen", "Kontrasten" "Virtuosen", "Szymanovski-
Quartet and friends". Performances as soloist with various chamber ensembles and orchestras.
